At Sunnyadi Digital LTD, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services that meet your business needs. We value transparency and customer satisfaction, which is why we have outlined our refund policy below.
1. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, which involve time, resources, and strategic planning, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered. However, we may consider refund requests under the following conditions:
A written request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial payment.
No substantial work has been completed or delivered.
The refund request includes a valid reason and is sent to refund@sunnyadi.com.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:
SEO, PPC, and social media marketing campaigns
Content creation or copywriting services
Graphic design or branding work
Any monthly or retainer-based services already in progress
Third-party tool or software subscriptions purchased on your behalf
3. Project-Based Work
For custom projects or one-time deliverables:
A 50% deposit is required before project commencement.
If you cancel before work has started, your deposit may be refunded.
If work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, and partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on work completed.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will be considered a violation of this policy. Please reach out to us at refund@sunnyadi.com so we can resolve any concerns directly.
